Panshak Divine Rhibetnaan is an agro-entrepreneur, builder, and sustainability advocate passionate about transforming Africa’s food and development systems. She leads LORHIP AGRO SERVICES, an organic fertilizer and agri-solutions venture focused on sustainable farming, waste recycling, and food security. With a background in Construction Management, Education, and hands-on field experience, she bridges innovation, agriculture, and community development.

A Fellow of the Plateau Emerging Leaders Fellowship, Panshak is committed to empowering young people, reducing unemployment, and promoting responsible environmental practices. She has interned and worked with agricultural and construction firms, gaining practical expertise in project management, rural development, and stakeholder engagement.
