Ms. Victoria Peter Pam, is an educator with over seven years of dedication to nurturing and shaping young minds. She holds a National Certificate in Education (NCE) in Integrated Science from the Federal University of Education, Pankshin, formally Federal College of Education, Pankshin.
In her teaching career, she has worked with various educational institutions, delivering lessons in Integrated Science and a range of primary school subjects. For the past five years, she has worked with the Rafiki Foundation, where she continues to play an active role in guiding and mentoring young students. She is also a writer who is passionate about lending her voice through her ink, and sharing her vast knowledge with others.
Assistant Programs Lead
Solomon Salvation is a legal professional with a strong passion for law, business analysis, and sustainable development. He holds an LLB degree from Taraba State University and is currently pursuing his Bar II certification at the Nigeria Law School.
A seasoned leader, Solomon has a proven track record of excellence in student governance and community development. Notably, he served as Secretary General of the Student Union Government at Taraba State University and as Campus Director for the prestigious Millennium Fellowship.

Burnan Zittas is a graduate of the University of Jos and a researcher at Health Research and Innovation Centre, Eswantini (HRIC- Eswantini), He is also the client support officer at 'Lift Above Poverty Organisation Rural and Agricultural Development Initiative (LARDI), he is a developmental worker and an agribusiness practitioner.

Chimmy Yakubu Solomon is a passionate leader, educator, and advocate for social impact, with a strong academic foundation in linguistics, project management, and customer relationship management. With extensive expertise in social media management, branding, copywriting, and training, he has effectively leveraged his skills to drive community development and educational initiatives.
His commitment to volunteerism is evident through his leadership in organizations such as The Voice Initiative, Stellarz School Initiative, and 50Pages Library. In these roles, he has spearheaded literacy programs, mentorship schemes, and youth empowerment projects, providing access to education, resources, and skills development for underserved communities. He has also led advocacy campaigns that promote a reading culture, digital literacy, and career development, ensuring that young people are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to pursue their dreams.
Beyond his hands-on work in community engagement, he is a skilled trainer and facilitator, having organized and delivered workshops on leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal development. His ability to inspire, mobilize, and mentor individuals has made him a driving force in creating sustainable change. Through a combination of academic expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep passion for service, he continues to impact lives and contribute meaningfully to the growth of individuals and communities.
